	Notes Check in/out	In case of arrivals after 8:00 p.m. and within 12:00 p.m. 30€ will be paid in addition.
	Cancellation Policy	Cancellations prior to 45 days of your arrival, you will be returned the total sum you paid, except for the bank transfer expenses - see cancellation policy
	Extra charge	If you make a reservation shorter than days 3 You will pay an extra charge of 30 %
	Pets	Welcome Extra charge of € 30
	Info	Particular animal categories that won’t bring annoyances to the incontrovertible manager’s judgment are allowed. In case of allowance, anyway, there will be an increase of 30€/week of the rent price for additional cleaning that would get 60€/week in case of annoyances.

For 4-6 servings:

• 350 g lasagne
• 300 g tomato pulp
• 2 medium size aubergines
• 180 g fresh ricotta cheese
• 10 shelled walnuts
• grated Parmesan cheese
• extra-virgin olive oil
• salt
• pepper

Set a saucepan on the heat and pour in a little oil and the sieved tomato pulp, season with salt and a pinch of pepper to prepare a sauce.
