BREAD AND OIL IN HAMLET - 5TH EDITION

Sant'Agnello, Sorrento, 26th November 2006

The olive oil of Campania and the local bread will be the main protagonists in Sant’Agnello (Na) coupled with local gastronomy like the "caponatine", the segments of artichokes, chocolate, the famous "mozzarella", the neapolitan "babą" and the "caciottine" of Sorrento. The national day of typical oils and regional bread, celebrated in further italian squares, will offer a large range of tasting programs, guided tours to olive groves and a large number of tasting stands. The different sorts of oil will be offered coupled with typical local bread, thanks to the collaboration of the National Association "Cittą del Pane".
