   When they arrive, people have to pay an additional cost for electricity, running water etc. Besides clients will leave a bond (caution money) on their arrival and it will be given back on their departure.

   Weeks go normally from Saturday to Saturday, but when it is possible we try to satisfy any need.

   Clients will leave a bond (caution money) on their arrival and it will be given back on their departure.

   Normally weekly rentals go from saturday to saturday, but when it is possible we try to satisfy any request.

CHOOSE A REGION OF ITALY

For 8 servings:

• 6 egg yolks
• 3 tbsps sugar
• ½ cup sweet Marsala
• 1 cup heavy cream

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together in the top of a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
