INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

The booking request has to be sent to the office of TREDY COMPANY sas, Via Cristoforo Colombo 106 - 80062 Meta (Naples) - Tel./Fax. (+39) 081 5321145 -E-mail: info@resortsinitaly.com

  • For the booking to be confirmed a down payment on our account has to be made (50 % of the whole sum) by bank transfer/order. The rest of the sum (50 %) has to be paid by bank transfer/order within 30 days before the start of your staying.


  • If you do wish to rent one of our apartment, we are willing to discuss alternate forms of payment with you

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

The Cancellation Fee is:

No charge if cancelled in the period up to 7 days prior to check-in.
100% of the sum if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in

FEATURES OF THE ACCOMMODATION:

The accommodations are furnished as holiday homes, this may make you feel that you do not have all the comforts that you have in your own home, but the most important items are already there for your desposal, like the electric appliances which are mentioned on the web site.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS:

TREDY Company will give reliable assistance to clients in case of problems. On arrival you will receive a phone number which you may dial if in need of help. Clients are obliged to communicate to the organiser any difference or problems regarding the dwelling they have paid for as soon as possible: so every problem can be solved right away.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS:

Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.

CHANGES ON CLIENTS ARRIVAL:

If for any reason owing to a cause beyond control, on arrival the organiser can’t supply you with the apartment or villa you booked, an alternative accommodation solution will be offered in form of accommodation of the same or higher price range without additional costs. In case the standard of the accommodation is lower than that one you booked, TREDY Company will refund the difference.
