-Clients shall pay € 100.00 on arrival at our office in Sorrento for electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly linen.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Cancellation Fee is:
10% of the total sum if cancelled in the period up to 31 days prior to check-in.
50% of the total sum if cancelled within 30 to 11 days prior to check-in
100% of the sum if cancelled within 10 days to 0 hours prior to check-in:.

The house keys are handed over on arrival which must be after 04.00 pm, and they must be handed back by 10.00 am on the departure day. Our normal booking week runs from Saturday to Saturday, but TREDY Company will try to satisfy our clients’ wishes whenever it is possible. On arrival, you'll be asked to pay an additional cost for utility bills, and leave a bond (caution money) which will be reimbursed on departure. The house keys won’t be handed over if the number of the clients is more than the number communicated by TREDY Company at the moment of the reservation .
The accommodations are furnished as holiday homes, this may make you feel that you do not have all the comforts that you have in your own home, but the most important items are already there for your desposal, like the electric appliances which are mentioned on the web site.
TREDY Company will give reliable assistance to clients in case of problems. On arrival you will receive a phone number which you may dial if in need of help. Clients are obliged to communicate to the organiser any difference or problems regarding the dwelling they have paid for as soon as possible: so every problem can be solved right away.
Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these .
If for any reason owing to a cause beyond control, on arrival the organiser can’t supply you with the apartment or villa you booked, an alternative accommodation solution will be offered in form of accommodation of the same or higher price range without additional costs. In case the standard of the accommodation is lower than that one you booked, TREDY Company will refund the difference.
