The apartments where in excellent condition & the area was very quiet. The only down side to the apartments was that the whole garden area was covered over so you couldn´t sit out in the sun. The beach although only a short walk away meant a very tough climb back up. It would not be suitable for older people. the walk into sorrento took about 20 minutes - 2KM but took about 30 -35 mins to walk back as again its up a hill. They do however offer buses from right outside the apartments for €2. Over all the apartment was great, staff very friendly, resturant next door excellent value for money & the cost of the apartment was also excellent value.

Very pleasant, clean and functional. Some nights the occupants of adjoining rooms made a little too much noise (on the one Sunday night, it sounded like a party starting up at 4am) but this is to be expected. Also we were a little further out of town than we anticipated, but this could have been partly down to us reading the map improperly and wasn´t really much of a problem considering the public transport links. Miriam was extremely pleasant and helpful and we were made very welcome by the elderly lady living there (she was especially friendly towards our children). We would not hesitate in recommending your service and the apartment to anyone looking to rent a holiday home in the area and we will be in touch regarding our next holiday on the Med. Thank you for all your help.

We really enjoyed our stay, really lovely gardens and views and Serrento is highly recommended. The distance from Serrento on the website is misleading. But there is a bus down to the town

We found the apartment excellent, ideally located far enough out of Sorrento to be nice and quite. Very good local bus service down into the village. Your representative, Miriam, was very helpful.

A very nice place, we loved Capo Sorrento for the closeness to the sea. We visited the lagoon every evening for a swim and it was great. A very big minus was the traffic but i guess a lot of people transits via Capo Sorrento road to the sea fo a swim. The bus to Sorrento worked perfectly nad the salumeria and restaurant/pizzeria was perfect for both takeaway and sitting down for dinner. It would be good to install a micro-wave oven in the house, the old one is a bit out of date:) The garden was incredible, our 7 year old son liked to eat his breakfast and play there in the morning and it was nice to have a family dinner ther with takeaway pizza and a bottle of wine.

Beautiful place to stay, full garden and barbaque facilities together with outside chair tables and drying clothes racks. They also have good car and motorcycle safe parkings.The beaches are not easy to get to and require quite a bit of effort and stamina to reach, however it is all worth the effort when you get there. Its about 25-30 minute walk. The bar, shop and Pizzeria near the apartments have good staff who speak English and are really welcoming. The bus stops right outside on the hill and runs to Sorrento every half hour, 2 Euro´s return, which means you don´t need transport, "brilliant"as we were on a motorbike. Overall its a good place to stay, plenty going on and situated in a very good position for easy access into Sorrento and nearby attractions, Capri is well worth a visit.

Le spiagge rocciose vicine all´abitazione sono orribili. L´abitazione è lontana dal centro..che si puo´ raggiungere solo in autobus (spendendo un capitale). Inpensabile andare a piedi..si rischia di rimanere stirati da auto e autobus. Peggio ancora andare in macchina..traffico allucinante e parcheggi introvabili. Anche per andare in stazione bisogna prendere l´autobus. Avrei preferito essere avvisato di queste scomodità. Unico fattore positivo è l´aria condizionata in camera.

nous avons été très satisfaits à la fois des services du bureau de Treddy qui a toujours répondu à nos questions, avec amabilité et exactitude et à la fois des appartements proposés, qui correspondaient exactement à notre recherche et où nous avons été très bien accueillis. La villa Kallimera est à conseiller à tous ceux qui veulent partir comme nous en groupe mais chacun chez soi, c´est parfait, le jardin est merveilleux.

A nice uiet place for a family as we have two babies and it was secure enough to let them walk around the complex. There is also an efficient bus service every 20 minutes to the piazza tasso which served us very well (15 minute ride to piazzo tasso). We found prices of rental accommodation generally high in Sorrento. For the price of this appartment, it would have been nice to have had a cleaner to come once or twice a week for basic cleaning as it is much easier than to clean whilst on holiday (and have all products to clean with). Daniele was extremely helpful and cooperative - he suggested Kalimera as an alternative to an appartment in the centre which did not suit us having 2 small children. There is a small (very basic) deli just around the corner and a pizzeria next door which had fantastic food which we tended to take away to eat at our appartment which is handy for children. There is also a beach 1 kilometre away which was great for the children.

I think the beauty of the gardens are under rated.. They were an unexpected gift and should be shown in your pictures as well. It is in a great location and a good value for the price. Also the restaurant next store is wonderful as are both the rocky and sandy beaches. I wul highly recommend your facility to others. The only slight problem was that the air conditioner leaked but this did not negatively impact our stay. It is really a perfect place to vacate!!!

My family and I stayed in Kalimera Apartment for under a week. We were made to feel very welcome by Miriam who made it clear that she would help us with everything that we needed. With regards to the apartment it had everything that was advertised. It was simply decorated which was fine with us. The kitchenette with cooker,fridge etc proved to be useful for breakfast and sometimes lunch. Just outside our apartment was lovely. We had our own large verandah (as well as a conservatory), a barbeque grill and a stove oven. Not to mention our very own orchard of lemon trees surrounding us! We were told to take as many lemons as we pleased (which we did). My only one slight foible with the Apartment is its location or to be precise its advertised location. It is a good bus ride away from the town centre and walking it would take 30-40 minutes. Also the website states that it takes 10 minutes to the beach. It took us this time to drive there! Overall my family (Mother, Father and 2 brothers) had a fantastic experience here and as far as we´re concerned got value for money.

we had problems with hot water in the shower. thw place is nice and quite and has a parking place that is vwry importent in sorrento. Miriam the owener was very nice and kind and tried to help us.

everything was great. Working with Ernesto was wonderful, he is so nice. Miriam was great and nice also. Our only problem was we kept losing electricity whenever we tried tto cook and use the heat at same time!! or use heaters in both bedroom and kitchen at the same time, it was a problem so Miriam moved us to the smaller unit but the same thing happened within minutes of moving. it was frustrating since i was trying to cook dinner and we kept losing power. but the location was great.

There was a terrible noise in the morning about every 10 minutes or so, very loud, never quite sure of where it came from!! And the hot water ran out very quickly; maybe a 8 minute shower and it was gone... Everything else was great!! Lovely apartment, very clean and cozy...excellent location

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Kalimera appartment. The facilities were very good. The appartment was clean, quiet and well equiped (lots of hot water and air conditioning were very welcome.) Just a couple of small things - more glasses in the cupboard and large cups (mugs) would have been useful. Also a dustpan and brush. Perhaps some more up to date tourism literature (some in the appartment was dated 2004) or a folder with useful information or a book for visitors to put their ´hints & tips´ would have been useful. We found the train station in sorrento difficult to find. This is where we were to meet your representative. It would have been useful to have had a map of where to go or some more detailed instructions via email. Also it says in the description on the website that the appartment is in an orange grove, when perhaps it should say olive grove. But these are all little things. You can see from my scores that we were very satisfied with the accomodation and service. Thank you for your all your help, especially Ernesto who I spoke to on the phone and who met us in sorrento. We had a very good stay and have happy memories of our holiday.

Sorrento was nice a place, possible to visit quite easily surrounding areas, traffic terrible, food ok Our apartemento was a little too far from city center and too high from the sea. I would come back

We had a lovely stay. The apartment soon became home for us. The beautiful surroundings and comfort really made our stay worthwhile in Sorrento. When we arrived Ernesto made us feel very welcome and rendered an excellent service to us. His kindness and professionalism started our holiday on a very high note. We would like to thank him and would surely come to Sorrento again and stay in the same apartment.
