DESCRIPTION:
The villa, which is located in the middle of the green hills of Capo d'Orlando, offers a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. It is easy to reach and has ample parking for guests, barbecue, terrace, solarium and porches, a community recreation room, where you’ll get served the rich breakfast In the morning. The holiday house offers also Internet and satellite TV to its guests.
There are three warm and comfortably furnished rooms with paintings, color TV, air conditioning and private bath.

The B&B can be easily reached from the main road, it has parking spaces for the guest's cars, a barbecue area, a terrace, a patio and a veranda, a very comfortable living room with tv where also breakfast is served.

- Garlic, finely chopped
- 50 g bacon, finely chopped
- 4 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
- 1.25 kg baby lamb chops
- Olive oil
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 600 g roasting potatoes, chopped
- A few springs of rosemary
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Combine the garlic, bacon and thyme and rub this paste on the outside of the leg and then season the inside with salt and pepper. Tie the leg together with string.
