If You wish to rent an apartment from "RESORTS IN ITALY" it is very easy and below we explain to You the whole rental process and what happens after Your reservation.

Once You have found the lodging or the villa You like, the first step for booking that dwelling on-line consists in checking if it is available. So:

  1. Press " Availability Request Form" botton
  2. Fill the form and Read the Cancellation Policy
  3. Send the e-mail

When You send that form, it is a no-obligation enquiry and feel free to change Your mind in any moment till Your reservation.

We understand well that some people are unsure about entering their personal details into web sites. If You prefer not to specify Your name, address, nation and phone number: don't do it. Obviously we need Your e-mail, number of adults and kids in Your family, the dates of Your arrival and departure and, in case You wish to add something specific, You can write it in the space of "Necessity Request". We use Your e-mail address only for sending You a message, a confirmation of Your booking or to contact You for any reason directly linked to Your question or reservation.

We ask You Your name, phone number and the other personal data only when You desire to reserve the apartment: Your telephone number will be used to contact You only in case of emergency. But we do not give or sell Your personal details to any third parties (by the Italian law 675/96 art.13, sub-section 1).

In 24 hour-time at most You will be answered. In case You wish to reserve directly the apartment if it is free, specify that in the space "Necessity Request" at the bottom of the questionnaire.

The houses are delivered from 03.00 pm to 8.00 pm on the arrival of the guests and they are left within 10.00 am on their departure. For some apartments weeks go normally from Saturday to Saturday, but for others there is no limit: so, send us an e-mail and You'll be answered right away or read the FAQS of that apartment You like. Anyway, we will try to satisfy our guests' wishes, when it is possible. We are usually able to arrange late check-ins and early check-outs, and so do not hesitate to contact us if You have to arrive or depart on a day other than Saturday.

It is advisable to read carefully also terms and conditions of payment (which change according to the various apartments) and the cancellation policy: in order to do that, press "Prices" and at the bottom of the same page You can read "INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY" .

For payments we accept credit cards, checks and wire transfers and, in case, we are ready to find with You any other way to satisfy Your needs.

After Your reservation we'll send You the confirmation of Your booking, our phone numbers and the directions to reach the apartment, instructions on where we can meet. It could happen that after Your booking You don't receive any confirmation from us within a few hours: it is possible that Your or our e-mail is not working properly. So, please, write to us once again and if it is possible provide us with another e-mail address (or a fax number) in order to let us get in touch with You.
