- 400 g spaghetti
- 6 zucchini
- 1 onion
- ½ pepper
- 1 cabbage leaf
- 2 eggs
- Nutmeg
- Grated Parmesan
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
Wash and slice the vegetables; sauté the sliced onion in oil, add the chopped pepper, the cabbage leaf and zucchini. Add salt, cover the pot and allow to cook over 15 minutes.
