The Residence "Corte dei Venti” is situated in a nice position on the hills, only 5 km away from the town and the beautiful white beach. The Residence offers you a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
DESCRIPTION:
The Residence is composed of a series of terraced apartments surrounded by greenery.
There are two types of flats:
- Three room apartments on the first or the ground floor composed of a double room, a twin room, a dining room with cooking corner and sofa bed, a bathroom
- The two room apartment on the first or the ground floor is composed of a double room, a dining room with cooking corner and sofa bed, a bathroom
All apartments are furnished with elegance and dispose of:
- Air conditioning

- TV
- All the equipment for cooking
SERVICES:
The Residence has a reception, a bar with breakfast room, a small supermarket, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a barbecue and grill for outdoor dinners, a dance floor for the evening entertainment and private parking.

ITALIAN RECIPE OF THE DAY
For 4-6 servings:
- 300 g pizzoccheri (type of tagliatelle)
- 150 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 150 g soft cheese
- 200 g white cabbage or spinach sage
- 100 g butter
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
Wash the cabbage and potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil both in plenty of salted water. Put the pizzoccheri to boil in the same wter, calculating the cooking-times so that all the ingredients can be drained al dente at the same time.
