The apartments have been restored with local materials, respecting the nature and using old ligurians building-techniques. The interiors are creative and familiar.

The apartments are dedicated to the three most important romantic English writers, who chose to spend a significant part of their lives within the "Gulf Poets", and to William Shakespeare, who stayed for a short period within the Gulf of La Spezia.
